Forward Call to Another Extension’s Voicemail

1.) While on a call, press the Transfer to
Voicemail button to transfer the call to the voicemail
of another extension.
2.) Enter in the Extension number and press
the Done button.

To Park without a park button:

Transfer>enter extension number>Transfer, then hang up

To answer, pick up and dial the park number (like 703)

To call an extension:

To ring, just dial directly (117), to intercom, *80 then the extension (*80117)

Transfer Calls:

• Use Soft Keys – “Trans”. then extension if want to send them direct or “701” if want to park a call in 701 or next available holding pen

Team Leads:

• Nathan, Shipping & Tim – call main extension and they will roll over,  Jay 119- get’s him direct  Programmed his extension with voicemail on the cordless.

Other:

• Set up the red button on top of the phone as a 460 page all.
• *45 Put’s Handheld in Customer Service Loop for roll over if Eliz can’t get calls.
