• When orders come in w/ glass & glass bead then do this
  •  In Trello – give card to Cutlisting Dept
  • Cutlisting Gives Scheduling Dept Glass Cutlist and Moulding Cutlist (IF NOT A SEPARATE LINE ON THE WORK ORDER!!)
  • Give Door Shop WorkOrder /Shipping Ticket
  • If Mouldings, treat like any other order for mouldings

FOR SALES DEPT 

• Write up Proposal/ Order like this!
  • Replacement Glass for Door Order #12345, Line #5
  • If glass bead is needed – make it a moulding line

 

WHO FILLS IN THE PAPERWORK?

• Door Shop fills in Glass Quantity
• Shipping Transfers any moulding Quantities not filled in
