This is pretty much up to you how you want to do it!

1. At the beginning of the month look which of the employees have a birthday that month
2. Check with Tim and see if he has any ideas or certain preferences (if there are no employee birthdays in that month- check with Tim and see if he simply wants to skip or if he wants to just have a party anyways)
3. Options:

– Pizza (a huge hit but kind of pricey so maybe only occasionally) I found with about 25 people -6 Large Pizzas and 36 bone in and 36 bone out wings was nearly perfect amount.

– Subs

-Grilling ( The guys love to help with this especially Rick)

-Ann sometimes enjoys bringing meals in as well!

9-26-18  Hadassah’s Hamburger Haven served 30 BBQ burgers w/soft pretzels, chips, & homemade ice cream; was perfect for 15 workers plus Chesters & Noahs.
