Construction Door Configuration

To order a construction door, please do the following:

  1. Configure the finished door and jamb in V-11 as a normal quoted unit.
  2. Enter the construction door as a DR1000 slab-only door.  The construction door should be a 1-3/4”, 1-panel poplar door with an MDF panel using ogee sticking and ½” tongue.
  3. Use the SPECIAL line to state “Ship construction slab on Line #2 in unit on Line 1#.  Send finished door loose, machined for the jamb.
