Key Results, Tasks:
Generate Quotes to Customers & Orders for Production
1. Monitor Lead Indicators
A. Quotes
B. Orders
C. Other? (Monitor product lines? Monitor Key Customers?)
2. Lead Team to deliver Weekly/ Monthly Objectives
A. 3- Man Team 2 million in quotes per month
B. 3- Man Team – $340,000 of orders per month
C. 1 – Day Turn around Time on Quotes
3. Keep up Dept Binder of SOP’s
4. Review and report 1 SOP review per week to Group Leader @ TL Meeting
5. Do 5-why’s as needed
6. Arrange people as needed to hit weekly goal
7. Work w/ other TL’s when needing more help
8. Lead out in Min 1- 5-S time per week
9. Alert Group Leader when Quote Turn around Time goes past 2 days

Other responsibilities
1. Keeps data and update visual controls, charts, and graphs.
2. Listen to See that Team members are, productive, and safe.
3. Consults with Group Leader to solve personnel or other issues.
4. Focuses training, problem-solving, and improvement activities on areas that align with company goals.
5. Substitutes for absent workers if other substitutes are unavailable.
6. Daily 1on1 w/ Group Leader (as needed)
