Custom or Modified Moulding Profiles

  1. Have Customer Provide Drawing or Sample of Profile Needing to Match
  2. Check Knife Inventory If Stock GM Profile Can be Used
  3. New Profile Requires Moulder Operator To Have All Drawing Dimensions Including Modified GM Profiles.
  4. Proposal Needs to be Approved by Customer for Custom or Modified Profile(s) before Production Starts.
  5. If Sample(s) are Provided, Scan a Thin Piece of Sample Into Job Folder .
  6. Match Order to Custom Sample Profile(s)
  7. If we have Sample – No need for Sign off!
  8. If Sample Not Available, Create Drawing As Close As Possible for Customer to Approve Prior to Production Starting
  9. Place Signed Drawings Into Job Folder
  10. Request Ship Date From Tim
  11. Keep Custom Sample On Hand Until Order Has Been Ran For Comparison!

**URGENT – We Must Make Sure This Happens In Order To Hit Ship Date Given. Lag Time On Ordering Knives Can and Will Prevent Order From Shipping On Time!
