To edit buttons on Secretary’s Phone Side Car: Log into the phone (10.0.2.2 in a browser*) with your credentials (enter your extension as your user name and enter your password as 0xxx where xxx is your extension number), click on User Control Panel (log in again if necessary)>Device Management>EXP 1 (for side car). Assign desired button with the following:

Type: Speeddial Label: Their name Value: Their phone number

At the very bottom, choose “Save, Rebuild Config(s) and Update Phone”, hit Apply.

To edit the Central Directory on the little phones:

Download and update THIS file. When done, save and close. Log into the base (http://10.0.2.99 usr: admin; pswd: admin), click on Central Directory, and import your saved file and select load. When finished, choose ‘Reboot’.

P.S. Since the above file is dated, and cannot easily be replaced, the following changes need done before using the file:
