- Check design compatibility with specified glass sizes

- Create Cutlist
- Entry Door Cutlist Spreadsheet
- Wood Species, specify Interior or Exterior
- Double-check door thickness
- Check for correct ‘Exterior’ specifications
- Double-check all custom parts with Turbo CAD
- Match Customer specified glass size to door
- Add TDL’s to cutlist, 3/16’’ thicker than finished door thickness.
- Double-check panel layers on Exterior doors
- Specify if Engineered {as material}
- Check for horizontal grain panels and change width/height in cutlist
- Check panel thickness
- Check panel thickness on 2 ¼” doors
- Save spreadsheet as; Customer Name, Order # (ex. Mora Lumber, 14863)
- Print stile & rail cutlist
- Print panel cutlist
- Write Sticking & Raised Panel Profiles on Cutlist
- Attach three (3) copies of cutlist to Work Order
- Put rough door parts on rip list.
