• Serve Customer Service and Production by:
  • Sales Turn around Drawings In 24 hrs
  • Glass Ordered to Vendors in 2 days
  • 800 slab parts cut listed per week
  • $60000 Door Jobs per week?

#2) Grow Dept Capacities

• Target a 25% capacity growth by Oct 2017
• Mission: – 6 clicks from Customer Service to Cutlist and Programs by:

#3 Priority – Equipment Support

• Help Analyze – Equipment Repair Requests
• Repair Equipment as needed
• Take Responsibility for Dust Collection and dust trailers
• Have Dust Collector on by 10 till production starts in morning
• Turn Dust Collector off 15 min after end of shift & do evening shut down walk
