- If quality allows—Run panel through shaper with bow up.
- If quality doesn’t allow—- Shape both end- grains first. Also as panel is shaping lift the tailing end of the panel up, to force the shaping corner to go down, then as the panel comes through the shaper, lift the opposite corner up, to force other end to stay down.
- When machining the sides, lift non-machining side up, to force machining side down.
