• Check both sides for knots & defects, and cut them out if possible. Try and keeps soft knots away from the edge.
• Size on table saw for width—Starting with largest sizes first.
• Optimize to length on the panel saw.
• If panels are arch top, arch them next. (See arch panel SOP)
• Panels are ready for shaping. (See shaper set-up SOP)
