1.     Machine, Assemble, & Prehang Doors.
2.     Lead 5 ManTeam to deliver Weekly Objectives.

$60,000 per week (Including TL)

108 Delivered hours weekly daily average

3.     Maintain all SOP’s – report on 1 weekly to Group Leader
4.     Schedule Door Production
5.     Stay in tune w/ work @ each station, 4 times a day.
6.     Notify Group Leader w/ any potentially late orders before shipping bell.
7.     Maintain Sanding Booth Schedule
8.     5-Y problems.
9.     Lead out in 2:30 Friday Night 5-S
10.  Team members are satisfied, productive, and safe.

Expectations

1.     Take Ownership of training and verifying standard work.
2.     Take Ownership of daily problem-solving & supporting production.
3.     Leading continuous improvement.

(Down the road….Most of a team-leader’s time is invested in three activities)

Other responsibilities

1.     Keeps data and update visual controls, charts, and graphs.
2.     Listen to team members, Consults with Group Leader to solve personnel or other issues.
3.     Focuses training, problem-solving, and improvement activities on areas that align with company goals.
4.     Substitutes for absent workers if other substitutes are unavailable.
5.     Daily 1on1 w/ Group Leader
