Exterior Door:

1.) Cut 3/8″ out of door; apply sweep in gap between top and bottom.  Standard bore for standard split door: Standard 2 1/8″ Bore @ 36″ & 48″ from Bottom of Door .

2.) Same Bore Placement For Dado Dutch Doors

3.) Corbel placement:  Align outside of corbel with Stile/Rail Joint.

4.) Hinge Placement: (4) Hinges Total Per Unit. Place (2)  hinges  4″ from  Horizontal Cut in door slabs. Top Hinge Remains Standard & Bottom Hinge is Dropped 1 1/4″
