June 14, 2017 – 2 Modifications
- 1 Person Assigned to each Bathroom for the Week – Clean as needed
- Don’t Stress if you run out of improvement – Start Production!
Nov 20, 2016 – Ask 3 things of everyone
- Attend the Morning Meeting – 7am sharp
- Spend 20 Min on 3S everyday
- (1) – 2 Second improvement every day from everyone
- Start Cleaning our own Bathrooms
- $100 week Budget in place Supplies and Hand tools, have the TL’s post on a dry erase board (Revisit this after next PPS check)
- Rest of the Time fully towards production 8-5pm – run out of work Go to TL, TL to organize them to help move more $ on Dock (not 3S or Improvements)
- 2 times a week for 90 days? before stepping up to daily (what would stepping down communicate)
- Get 3 Old IPhone and I poles and link them to Drop Box Folder.
- Create new 3S area – Outback

- 1 example- 2 Second Improvement from Good’s
- 1- from Fast Cap
- 1 – of the 8 Wastes (Start Jan 1, 2017)
- Birthday’s and Announcement (Tim to take wed meetings)
7:10 -7:35 – 3S Sweep, Sort, Standardize
7:35 – 8 Make a 2 Second Improvement – Fix what Bugs you.
8am: Dust Collector Turns on (Turning on @ 7:15am)
Other Considerations:
- Require everyone to Read or Listen the book By Christmas
- Discontinue the “Staff Meeting @ 9:45 Wed”
- Discontinue the Friday Night Cleanup Time
- Continue the Dept Meetings every other Week instead of one of the 3S Periods
- Continue the Team Lead Meetings – hold them to 30 min
- Revisit Jan 1, 2018
- Keep as Close to our Culture as we can!
- Tim’s Ready when TL’s ready
