Who we order What From

PO numbers for job-specific orders are generated using our job number and a code letter: C for cladding, F for flush doors, G for glass, H for hardware, R for radius jambs, S for sills, T for tooling, V for veneer etc. (e.g. 12345H).  If you need more than 1 PO for the same category, start adding numbers to the end (e.g. 12345h1, 12345h2).

If they ask for a sign-off (usually for the 3020 Mortise locks), verify the following from their notes:

    • Door/Lock Height (“Door Panel Length”)
    • Door Thickness (“Size”)
    • Backset
    • Strike kits, if desired
    • Crossbore is usually 36″ unless otherwise noted

For warranty claim, need the following:

1) Homeowner/Warranty Holder Name, Complete Street Address, Email Address, Daytime Telephone Number

2) Proof of purchase of the Product

3) Date of Home Purchase or date of installation of the product

4) Name of Original Home Builder (if known), or name of the installing contractor

5) Description of Warranty-Related Complaint and Associated Damage

6) Attached Photos of Warranty-Related Complaint and Associated Damage

Then they will email us a shipping label with necessary documentation.

Veneer-Liberty Hardwood if they carry

Order wood-backed sheets/wood-on-wood.

Birch (natural, sap will not work) comes from Liberty.

Fir comes from Form Wood.

Knotty Pine comes from Liberty.

Ponderosa Pine comes from Oakwood; it’s called a premium white pine, and we get the flat-cut.

Radiata Pine comes from Oakwood Veneer (minimum 5 sheets)

(We can also get Calico Hickory from Form Wood.)

Rustic Cherry comes from Formwood; we want the sound tight knots.

Rustic Hickory comes from Liberty.

Rustic Walnut comes from Liberty.

Rustic White Oak comes from Liberty.
