Inside Shipping Person

1.      Ship All UPS & Common Carrier Shipments

1. Package, label, & arrange pickup for all UPS shipments.
2. Crate, arrange pickup, & load common carrier products.
3. Send BOL & UPS Tracking # printouts w/ Work Order to Accounting

2.      Receive UPS & Common Carrier Shipments

1. Receive and inspect all crates for damage, especially glass & sills.
2. Remove packing lists & boldly mark the box with the PO# listed on the packing list.
3. Turn packing lists in to accounting ASAP.
4. Distribute product throughout the shop.

1.      Run Local Delivery Truck

2.      Pick up Recalls or Product

3.      Keep the Trucks Clean and 3S’d
